Train 816- Kansas City Marathon Training Group

Are you running the Kansas City Marathon this year? If so, THIS is the training group for you! Join us for our 13 week coach led training group - led by Coach Coleen Shaw-Voeks and Coach Leia Anderson with Team Sparkle Productions.

What you get: 13 week training plan (choose from marathon, half marathon, and 10K); weekly hill workout with the group at Run 816 (Thursdays at 6 pm), private Facebook group for the training group, and 15% discount at Run 816. Spots are limited to 100, so register early so you don't miss out!

Kansas City Marathon Training Runs

May 19th, June 9th, July 7th, August 4th, September 29th

7 am - 10 am

Run 816 is happy to partner with Kansas City Marathon to host monthly training runs that preview different portions of the race course each month! We provide a marked course, water stops every 2 miles, and complimentary beer and coffee after the run!Whether you're running the big race in October or not, you're sure to have a great time.

Sunday Morning Long Group Runs: Sundays, run leaves at 7:00 am; start/finish at RUN 816, marked course and water on course provided. 

Midtown Morning Miles: Thursday morning group run at Run 816; 6:30 am, 4-6 miles.

Meet in the Atrium for a 3-5 mile group run, followed by beers upstairs on the rooftop bar, Percheron.
